Toasty

Toasty has one major trick that saves (yummy) amount of time. When you enter Toasty, to the right you're going to see a dog and a shepherd. These two mobs are used for Dog Proxy. It's a damage proxy that boosts Spyro high into the sky allowing you to skip the walls that only lower when you defeat the boss, Toasty. This gains you access to the Vortex leaving Toasty.

If at first you're not able to get this trick, then you'll have to run through the level, defeating the mobs and avoiding damage from the dogs to reach the Vortex.
